The real estate market relies heavily on the internet in order to advertise the large amounts of properties for sale every week. McGrath wanted to give its customers the best web experience possible by easing the search process and providing insightful and easy to find information to both sellers and buyers.

The McGrath website is more than just an online property catalogue, the website tries to connect with customers on an emotive level through the use of images, colours, tailored content and most importantly by the way it showcases its properties. The life-stage images that appear throughout the website have been selected to specificially appeal to the different customer groups which McGrath targets. These include young couples, young and established families, single people and mature couples just to name a few.

The McGrath website now has a stronger brand presence online which is aligned to the way in which it conducts business in the non-virtual world.
