Life : Work is part of our life not our whole life. We leave work at 5:30pm every day & most of our staff work 4 days a week.

Our entrepreneurial minds are always ticking away and coming up with fabulous new ideas. Although not all have been a success so far (actually one has been a flop) we have learnt from our experiences and have had fun along the way. Sol Pandiella-McLeod Founder & Design Director
Sol has worked in the design industry for over 17 years, leading design teams and interfacing with high-profile clients on a diverse range of design projects for both digital and print mediums.
Over the last 6+ years she has been lecturing at Billy Blue; guiding sprouting digital designers to think outside the box, create fresh & user-centric designs that are well thought out as well as aesthetically beautiful.
